We were originally commissioned by British Airways to prepare a feasibility study for a large Ferris Wheel, proposed for central London.
Over the next 3 years we oversaw qualitative and quantitative market research which supported the feasibility study projections; prepared a detailed business plan; assessed the viability of secondary; assessed the potential for corporate hospitality; provided operational planning advice and managed the tender process that led to The Tussauds Group investing in and managing the business.
